of Review:
If your insurer approves the repair plan, we’ll provide you with the authorised Scope of Works and, if required, a Building Contract. These documents need to be signed and returned promptly to avoid delays and allow us to schedule your repairs.

Pay Your
Excess:
If a policy excess applies, this payment must be made before repairs can begin. Completing this step along with signing your documents ensures we can get started without delay.
STEP 7
Repairs
Begin:
Your Building Supervisor will oversee every step of the repairs, ensuring quality work. Our team will keep you updated regularly throughout the process.
STEP 8
Completion
and Sign-Off:
Once repairs are complete, we will contact you to arrange a final inspection. You’ll also receive a Customer Sign-Off Form to confirm everything is to your satisfaction, with an opportunity to provide feedback.
